Nourish: A UK Retreat


I’m delighted to be heading back to the magical Quaives Retreat, in Wickhambreaux, Kent for a weekend dedicated to nourishing body, mind and soul. I so hope you can join me.

THE WHAT: A weekend of yoga, community and connection

THE WHEN: Friday 17th February - Sunday 19th February 2023

THE WHERE: The Quaives Retreat, Canterbury, Kent

THE WHY: I'm sure I'm not alone in my struggle to find energy throughout the darker, winter months. It can feel like I'm simply going through the motions to just get me through the business of a new year, coasting into Spring. But that's almost a quarter of our year lost to autopilot! NOURISH seeks to offer you the space to get that time back. It is a weekend for you to connect with body, mind and soul, to be present within your full being and your innate energy source. And from there, give you back the choice of where, when and what you channel your energy into, so that you leave our time together feeling reenergised, reconnected, and most importantly nourished - top to toe.

Two night’s accommodation at a the beautiful Quaives retreat centre in Kent

Four yoga classes including vinyasa, slow flow and yin

Four meditation and journalling sessions

One yoga nidra practice

Delicious, nourishing food cooked by our in-house retreat chef, Jeni England

19 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, fields, waterfalls, tennis courts, fire pit coves and more to explore!

Alcohol (but should you wish to bring a bottle of wine to share amongst friends, I am happy for you to do so!)

6.00pm - Welcome Circle, Journalling and Meditation

6.30pm - Slow Flow

8.00pm - Dinner

9.30pm onwards - Fireside chats or an early night!

SATURDAY

7.00am - Morning teas and coffees / fruit

7.30am - Journalling and Meditation

8.00am - Vinyasa Flow

10.00am - Breakfast

11.30am - 2.00pm - Time to explore, walk, read, sleep

2.00pm - Lunch

3.00pm - Free time

5.30pm - Journalling and Meditation

6.00pm - Yin Yoga into Yoga Nidra

8.00pm - Dinner

9.30pm onwards - Fireside chats or an early night!

SUNDAY

7.00am - Morning teas and coffees / fruit

7.30am - Optional Meditation & Journalling

8.00am - Vinyasa Flow

10.30am - Breakfast

12.30am - Closing Circle

1.30pm - Light Lunch & Goodbyes

Please do not hesitate come alone - whether in a private room or otherwise. I’ve done it myself many times and have always walked away with friends for life. Attending by yourself can be a truly magical experience.

BOOKING:

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due by 31st December 2022 and is non-refundable from this point. I want this to be as accessible as possible, so payment plans are available, just ask :)

GETTING THERE:

Direct trains run from London Victoria and London Bridge to Canterbury around twice an hour. From here, it’s around a 20 minute cab ride. For those driving, free parking is available and it is about a 2-hour journey from London.
