THE WHY: It’s so much a part of modern life now, the busyness of late Autumn and early Winter, the end of year reports, work socials and family festivities, that we have forgotten a time before this existed. That there once was a time where we allowed ourselves to tune into the natural cycle of autumn and winter, and, just as the animals around us still do, settled into a slower pace of life in the colder months. SETTLE seeks to offer you the space to do just this: to nourish, unwind and rest your being, so that while the world may still move at pace around you, you are able to stay connected with the softness within. So that even when we leave retreat, you still feel able to settle - whenever you need.

Please do not hesitate come alone - whether in a private room or otherwise. I’ve done it myself many times and have always walked away with friends for life. Attending by yourself can be a truly magical experience.
BOOKING:
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due 12 weeks prior to the retreat and is non-refundable from this point. I want this to be as accessible as possible, so payment plans are available, just ask :)
GETTING THERE:
Direct trains run from London Victoria and London Bridge to Canterbury around twice an hour. From here, it’s around a 20 minute cab ride. For those driving, free parking is available and it is about a 2-hour journey from London.
