Her prior work in PR and event production before becoming a yoga teacher means Bex is in a unique position to understand how brands can utilise conscious content production to both add value to their communications strategy and raise brand awareness.

She works closely alongside brands to truly understand their offering and advise on a mindful strategy that is distinct and individual, be that leading both in-person and online livestream classes for press events, or creating content that can accessibly share the yoga practice and engage target audiences across all social channels.
